For the Teach and Learn Series, the KALCA Class of 2009 individually selected a topic in public affairs and will present his/her thoughts and findings to the community.

Catherine Yun, a rising senior at Boston College, will present her topic this Thursday- U.S. Immigration Policy and Its Impact on Asians and Asian Americans. Much of Catherine's academic endeavors have involved deepening her understanding of international politics and justice, as well as Asian American history and contemporary issues. Catherine has dedicated her past two summers to researching the resettlement processes of North Korean refugees in Seoul, South Korea. This summer, Catherine is interning at the City Bar Justice Center.
